How a first conversation goes
You call or send the form, and you speak with someone at the office rather than an answering service. We ask what happened, what you want to happen, and whether anything has a date attached to it, because a court date or a notice period changes what we do first.
If the matter is one we handle, Greg will tell you how the process works in the county you are in, what it is likely to cost, and what he needs from you. If it is not, he will say so and point you somewhere useful. Nobody should feel alone in this, or unsure whether anyone is on their side.
